- This eSIM is not refund or exchange for any circumstances.
An eSIM is a form of SIM card that is embedded directly into a device. It allows you to activate a mobile plan from your service provider without having to use a physical SIM. Thus, eSIM purchasers do not visit or collect your SIM.
- Reconfirm your email address before you purchase.
- This eSIM should be downloaded by scanning the QR code we send you, If you’re not downloaded within 30 days, upon purchase date. The eSIM would be automatically terminated.(Refund is not available).
- If eSIM is already activated on your device, cancellation or refund is not available.
- eSIM can be installed only one time. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (New QR Code will not be provided if you delete the initial eSIM)
- We provide eSIM once only, cannot be recharged, extended or reissued. This eSIM is disposable SIM. Once your SIM expired please get a new SIM.

- KT eSIM is only available in Korea.

Set up your eSIM

*After registering for your eSIM you will recieve a QR code, scan that to start setting up.

Step 1. Before purchasing, make sure that your device is eSIM compatible.

Step 2. Select the pre-paid eSIM plan and complete purchase.

Step 3. Scan the QR code you have just recieve from your email that you typed in.

Step 4. Please install eSIM on your device. If you have a different eSIM in your mobile device, you might be asked to select which eSIM to use for your data. Please select our eSIM.
