Refund the double charge paid fee to me

客服人員: 本人在今年7月26日在香港網上購買貴公司充?服務時,因網絡問題,未能成功交易2次,而本人亦不時有檢?訂購紀錄及充?紀錄,但沒有成功交易紀錄顯示,貴公司仍然收取了本人2次收費(USD$26.8共2次) 到了韓國地區,本人第三次在網上購買充?服務,這次成功交易。亦只使用了第三次交易服務及數據使用。 回到香港,本人?閱信用?結單時,發現貴公司收取了共3次充?服務收費。請貴公司?閱原由,退還2次未能成功交易收費(共USD$53.6). 昐貴公司盡快回覆本人 敬?者NG CHI NING18/08/2017

I use the credit card to bought your company recharge service on internet on 26/07/2017 in Hong Kong, However, I did the twice time to pay the money, it did not finish the money transaction and show me error pages. Also, I keep checking the phone card account about the recharge record, it did not show any transaction completed results.

When I arrived Seoul Korea, I did the third time to pad the recharge service money, it was finish the transaction and check the phone card account result is completed and I just only use the third time paid service.

However, I checked my Credit card bill, it was showed your company charged twice fee to me, 

Can you check clear the record and pay back the extra charged fee( USD$53.6) into my credit card as soon as possible. Waiting for you reply.
