I would like to buy the EG Sim card to use when I arrive in Busan in December but I cannot choose Gimhae Airport as a collection place when i make the reservatrion. Please confirm that collection at Gimhae Airport is available for EG SIM. Thank you

You can choose Mobi telecom at Gimhae airport.
