Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
 I just tried to recharge my SIM card No. 010-3044-2927 using my credit card. The recharge amount is 20,000 Won. I received a payment confirmation email from paygate.net. However, the pop-up window where I entered my credit card details keeps showing me "Processing payment, Please wait..." for more than 10 minutes now. When I check my account, the recharge does not show up. The transaction ID of paygate.net is egadmin_2017-7-25.1621359110.A

I found that your payment was successfully completed but not recharged as you said.
I just recharged 20,000krw.
But you need to send us the copy of passport.
Please send us the copy of your passport including your phone number at egsim@egmobile.co.kr
Otherwise, your phone number will be cancelled even if you have voice credit.
