Top up problem

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

 

I just tried to recharge my SIM card No. 010-3044-2927 using my credit card. The recharge amount is 20,000 Won. I received a payment confirmation email from paygate.net. However, the pop-up window where I entered my credit card details keeps showing me "Processing payment, Please wait..." for more than 10 minutes now. When I check my account, the recharge does not show up. The transaction ID of paygate.net is egadmin_2017-7-25.1621359110.


Please check if you can find this transaction and recharge my SIM card.


If this does not work, please make sure paygate.net will not deduct the amount from my credit card and let me know how to recharge my SIM card correctly.

Sorry for your inconvenience.
I found that your payment was successfully completed but not recharged as you said.
I just recharged 20,000krw.
But you need to send us the copy of passport.
Please send us the copy of your passport including your phone number at egsim@egmobile.co.kr 
Otherwise, your phone number will be cancelled even if you have voice credit.
