I lost my sim card for phone number 010-7312-5617. What are my options?

 

I applied for the KTO event where I can get a free sim card. Would this work? Or do I need to purchase a new sim card?

Hi, if you get and use the new sim card like KTO free sim card, you can not use the number 01073125617 anymore. If you want to use the same number and remaining balance, you have to visit our head office during our business hours to reissue the sim card.
