Dear EG SIM Team,

        I had buy EG SIM from Incheon International Airport from 8 Aug 2016 but I cannot call back to thailand via EG SIM my phone number is 010-2651-7965. I have use iPhone 6s. please help thank you.

Hello,

Sorry for your inconvenience.
At first, we blocked the international calls but i just unblocked it.
You can make calls to Thailand by using prefix 005, or 00345, or 008 and so on.
ex: 00345>country code>phone number
