Hello, 

 

I would like to order a SIM card online for my unlocked iPhone for pickup at the Incheon Airport. However, I am going to Busan and I have a 2 1/2 hour layover at Incheon. Would I have to go through customs and security to get to the desk to pick up my card? And, if so, is 2 1/2 hours enough time to get this done? It would be so helpful to have a SIM card on my arrival.

Thanks for using EG SIMCARD.
I think you need to go through customs and security to get to the desk to pick up the simcard at Incheon airport.
How about picking up at Mobi telecom at Gimhae airport(Busan).
If you make an order, you can pick it up at Gimhae airport.
And it won't be long to pick it up. Maybe it will take 10-15mins.
After picking it up, put your simcard into your phone and restart the phone 3-4 times with wifi off, data roaming off, data network on.
