Dear Customer Center,  

I purchased an egsim card in april 2015. I still have it at home, now I wonder if I can reuse this sim? I will travel to South-Korea in september this year. If I can reuse it, can You tell me, how I can reactivate it? I will top-up it probably at a convenience store.

Sorry but your phone number 010-3296-4742 was cancelled on September 1st, 2015 due to the non-use for a long time.
So you cannot use this number any more and you need to buy a new simcard.
Sorry about that.
