I ordered the eg sim card online and would like to extend the duration of it from 30 days to 90 days. Is it possible by recharging or do I have to order everytime a new one?

Hello,
At first, every phone number is registered under EG Mobile not the customer's name.
And we try to verify the identity of customers thru the system of immigration.
That means that we need to check whether the customer is in Korea or not.
So if your identity is verified and the ownership is changed from EG mobile to your name,
you can keep using it by additional recharge.
If it's verified successfully verified, you will get a text message about the ownership change.
Otherwise, your phone number will be suspended.
