Hello, I lost my SIM card, I have the acount and number. How should I proceed?

Can I buy another sim card in store and transfer the money? 

 

Edit: my previous SIM card number was 010 7264 7293.

I finally just bought another EG sim card, because I saw that the alternative is using Olleh SIM, but I couldnt get one in where I am.

 

Can you activate the new sim and do a transfer from the old SIM? I already send the ctivation request.

The new SIM number is 010 3489 5431.

  If you want to keep using 010 7264 7293, you need to buy a Gong usim at Olleh plaza or
  our head office in Insa-dong.
  And let us know the number of Gong usim.
  Then we will change the information of simcard.
  In that case, you you can get a refund for 010 3489 5431 from the place you bought it.
 
  But if you already bought a new simcard for  010 3489 5431, you need to cancel your 010 7264 7293.
  Because one person can use one simcard only.
  And you need to upload the copy of passport thru m.egsimcard.co.kr
