Hello, I am arriving to Seoul on April 4th, can I preorder my sim card now, or is it better to preorder within 5-3 days before departure?

Are you going to pick it up at a Pick up Place or make it deliver to your stay?
If you pick it up at a Pick up place, you can make an order at anytime.
But if you want to receive it by local delivery service, you need to make an order 30th or 31st March
and contact the hotel in advance so that the hotel won't reject it because of 'addressee unknown".
