Cannot connect Olleh WIFI

Hi,

 

I am a student and I had purchased an EG SIM card in Singapore for 30,000KRW from Changi Rewards.

This week, I had managed to activate the data plan and make voice calls.

 

However, I had not been able to connect to the free Olleh networks in Korea. As I login into my EG Sim card page, I realise that I am not able to see my “Order History” for the phone number 010-2793-5799. Since there has been no IMEI and MAC registered with the network, I assume that this could be the problem.

 

My details are as follow:

Phone number: 010-2793-5799

SIM card serial number: 8982 3006 1500 3068 015F

Phone IMEI number: 866376027359105/866376027359113 (DUAL IMEI)

WIFI MAC: 14:f65a:65:da:c1

Hello,

i just registered your wifi mac address.
Please restart your phone again and try connecting to olleh wifi 20-30 mins later.
