Hi, when I place order of my EG Sim card, I have tick the Data to 1GB, as I konw it should have switch to 1GB data and deduct my credit of 16,500 Won from my 20,000 Won, but as I check this morning, I see my credit has been deducted as per KB usage that make my credit lost 251 Won. Kindly check. Also as I log in EG Sim website, My account information is very confusing, the usage side has a -11,000 Won, what is that? How to obtain your official receipt. Thank you.
