hi dear
I got your problem, which maybe sim often is not recognized.
So we registered your phone info again,

To recognize sim and use apps normally,
Please do as follows.

1) Take out EG Sim card on your phone.
2) power down,
3) Wait for 5 minutes to recognize your phone number,
4) Insert EG Sim card on your phone again
5) Power on. ( twice)
6) Check your phone
