since that i want to transfer the voice top-up to data top-up but when i want to activate for the data service, it said that 내부 시스템 Timeout 오류입니다.
고객센터 문의 후 다시 신청해 주세요. 
what should i do to activate for the data service?

you can application on website (http://www.egsimcard.co.kr/)
or app market (EG sim card)
