SIM card never received; DEMAND REFUND

I ordered a SIM card on Sep-8, and the order number is 10012309.  But it is so disappointed that I could not received the SIM card at my hotel Ocean Suites Jeju Hotel during my stay from Sep-15 to Sep-17.  As such, I would demand your company to fully refund Won 20,000 to my credit card account.
