2000won credit not received!!!

Hi,

I never received my 2000won free credit. I have already contacted support twice! Please escalate this issue.

Also I try to top up, and it says "no phone in use"

[question]My 3G data stopped working this morning. Can you please help?

I topped up my data last week by 20000 and it says expiry will be in October.

My phone number is 010-7218-7844.

we are check your balance,
your sim card voice balance '0' won.
so, can not use a data.
if you want use a data , you can top-up again.
