I bought the sim card og 30,000 won at seoul station yesterday and I checked I can make the call and receive the calls at seoul station. But when I back to home, at Hongdae, I found my sim card is not working and cannot receive and make calls at hongade. Then I know that the sim card service is not available in my district. I can tolerate not to make and receive calls at home. But I cannot make the call to service centre for my question of checking the usage. I am very disappointed of the sim card service.
