Hello~I have submitted the registration form twice on the platform but I didnt receive any confirmation email afterwards. May you please kindly check if my registration is successful so that I will be able to collect the sim card at Incheon Airport?

Moreover, may I know the meaning of my mobile being unlocked? You mean jail break or something else?
