Hi,My egsim data period has been expired but the previous data plan still remains in my account, with 0.00MB data balance. So, I tried to terminate the previous one so that I can re-apply new data plan, however, I failed to terminate it with error message. How can I terminate and re-activate data plan? Then i will terminate your old data plan and apply for a new data plan.
