I collected a pre-ordered Sim from the Airport.
My on-line account shows 30,000 and 10,000 credit for a telephone number.The simin my phone has a different number, and is not the number shown on my account. The actual Sim and number I have shows no credit. Please can you transfer the account and balance to the correct number.A
