I
am unable to use my EGSim card. It appears "No Service" on my IPhone.
Have been trying to call the hotline for days and nobody pick it up. Another
frustrating thing is that while trying to get through to the hotline, it
actually burns the outgoing call. So, I have wasted a lot of money on it. Also,
this is the second data sim card that I have gotten from EGSim, the first one
that I bought, it says connected to 3G, but I can never really access the
internet in any way. For the website, there is so many technical problems with
it. Tried following the procedure for troubleshooting, but nothing happened
after I click “Click here”
(tried with different web browsers and it still does not work).
