What is procedure to continue using EG SIM CARD after expiry and re-registering with ARC card.

Hello,
In order to change it from your passport to ARC, you need to buy a Gong usim at Olleh plaza
and send us the form for ownership change, copy of passport, and front & ba ck of ARC.
If you let me know the phone number and email address,
then i will send you the form for ownership change.
