Top-up of Credit not reflected in the Phone

Hello, 

 

My phone number is 010-4206-5915.

 

I did a top-up of 17625KRW on 2017-08-10. Then a Data Recharge on 2017-08-10 for 1GB, but it seems that it was not successful as I did not see the 1GB data increase after the recharge.

So I thought that this was because there might some problem for the top-up on 2017-08-10. So I did another top-up of 17625KRW and Data Recharge again on 2017-08-11, which was successful.

 

From my credit card account, I saw 2 deductions for the top-up on 2017-08-10 and 2017-08-11. However, I only received 1GB data increase on 2017-08-11. It seem that that the phone credit only increased once from the 2 top-ups.

 

Pls help me to check.
