Hello, I have bought an EG sim card yesterday from GS25 and tried to activate it this morning, however after following all the instructions stated in the user manual, my phone is still unable to locate the network service. I have submitted all the required documents to the designated website. Please advise what should I do.

You can find imei by entering *#06# on the keypad of your device.
