I would like to change my current order (10283398), from Saving Plan to Basic Plan. How do I go about doing it? Do I have to cancel my order?

Hello,

If you want to change it to Basic plan, you need to cancel 10283398 and then make a new order with Basic plan.
If you want to cancel that order, please let me know again.
Then i will cancel it.
