I need to make an international call and I read on the FAQ page that I need to contact you to unblock it. 

 

Could you please unblock my phone (010-4395-5645) so I can make an international call?

Hello,

i just unblocked your international calls.
So you can make phone calls to abroad as below.

ex) 005 >country code>phone number or 00345>country code>phone number
