Sorry but it's not available to register two wifi mac address to one phone number.
And did you take your simcard from your device?
I couldn't register your wifi mac address because there is no imei on the system.
Please put your simcard again into your phone and restart the phone 3-4 times with wifi off, data network on.
And let me know again if it works so that i can register your wifi mac address.
