Hi Customer Service,  

  

I have an amount balance in this number  (010-3281-1042) but it says suspended.  

  

1) Please help activate this number as I will like to recharge and continue using the same number during my trip from June 4-Jun 14, 2017.  

  

2) Also, noted that it is about to expiry. Kindly help extend the usage period.  

 

3)  Also, if my number may not be used in June, due to policy change, do you recommend me getting a  new number?

Sorry for the late reply.
You can use this number in June but you may not able to use it next time.
So don't recharge it too much in June and use it as much as you can.
And if it's expired, you can buy a new one via online and pick it up at a pick up place.
