I have lost the sim card of the above number in Singapore.

Is it possible for me to get a refund on remaning credits or transfer the credit to a new number?

I can collect the new sim card in Singapore.

Sorry for the late reply.
Sorry but it's not possible to get you remaining credits to your new number.
Instead, if you buy a Gong usim at Olleh plaza in Korea and let us know the number of Gong usim, you can keep using this number and credit in it.
