?Hi, I made a cancellation request several days ago as to an order (#10273864). Has a refund been processed? I need to cancel this order because my visit schedule has changed. I would appreciate your immediate refund. Thank you!

We will make a procedure for a refund.
But it will take 45-60 days as you paid it by credit card.
Please check your statement of credit card in April or May.
