Hi,   my number is 010-2900-5087   my balance was 9150 and I just recharge another 10000,   but when I apply for 1GB data plan (16500) the system keeps saying "please try to click recharge again because the data did not transfer temporarily"   why is that? my balance should be enough (19150 won)   regards, biz   UPDATE 3 NOV 2016 : I was in korea 23-29 AUG 2016 and use this sim card without problem, .. and I am COMING BACK to korea 8-15 NOV (next week) so I want to make sure the sim card will work again + apply for data service (already recharge) Do I have to register with passport again when I have arrived in korea? Regards,biz
Hi, you don't need to activate again, just contact us at the moment you arrive in Korea. After we fixing the problem, restart the device repeatedly to get the signal.
