I have been using your sim-card for two month already. Yesterday was the last day of my data and I pay for it to top up, but instead of "active" button in app it showed "terminate". Top up via web site only showed scrypt error.I need to top up data as soon as possible, could you plase help me? Thank youA
Hi, the data plan won't be extended. So you need to terminate it and apply for a new one. Thank you.
