Top up sim card

Hello!

I have been using your sim-card for two month already. Yesterday was the last day of my data and I pay for it to top up, but instead of "active" button in app it showed "terminate". Top up via web site only showed scrypt error.

I need to top up data as soon as possible, could you plase help me?

Hi, the data plan won't be extended. So you need to terminate it and apply for a new one. Thank you.
