Cannot recharge data

Hello,

 

I am unable to recharge data to my account from my voice balance (phone number 01026676826 ). I want to apply for 1 GB of data. When I complete the application on the website, I get an error.

 

Can you please check what is going on?

Hi, there's still 245MB data left, if you apply a new data plan now, the remaining data balance would be disappear. So you'd better subscribe the new data plan after it expired or ued up.
