I have sent a Q&A before to request about reactivating my egsimcard/using the same phone number (01043175778). I have turned off and on my phone as being told but my simcard is still not working. I hope you can help me to reactivate my egsimcard so that I can still use the same phone number.

Please provide your simcard number which starts 8928.
Also, who told you to turn off and on?
Because your number is automatically terminated because you did not use this number for a long time.
