I have requested a order cancelling on 28th July but I did not hear any news from you.
So I want to ask about the details of cancellation
My order number is 10248293 and I paid for W35000 by online credit card payment.
Since I have entered the wrong picking up place so I cancelled the order a day before the proposed pick-up day and buy another SIM at the airport.
Would you kindly let me know how many days needed for the confirmation of cancellation and how many days for refund?
