hi, I am trying to recharge my voice and maybe transfer some into the data as well. However, it says my voice expires on June 20th, 2016. My number is 010 3045 5610. Could you please tell me what is going on? and What should I do if I want to use the sim card?

As you said, your phone number has been expired on June 20th, 2016.
So even if you have 6,778krw, you cannot apply for a data at the moment.
But if you recharge your voice balance again, you can apply for a data plan.
