I bought a basic plan at Incheon Airport today and the counter charged me 35,000 won for a nano sim. When I checked the balance, I found I have only 1GB+5000 won voice balance, which is different from your plan online. I wonder why my current balance is not 1GB+10,000 won voice balance?

 

And I want your help to register my phone for free olleh wifi? I tried online but cannot access the form.

Hi,

The price of product between online & offline is different.
The price of offline is more expensive than that of online.
So as you bought it at AREX Travel center at Seoul station, it is correct for 1GB and 5,000krw.
