Hi - I tried to edit the original question that I posted, but it kept saying failure so I just opened a new question.
I wanted to change my passport expiration date on the order: 10239088-20160622. But I was told that this order number could not be found. So made a new reservation with the correct passport expiration date. The order number is: 10239689-20160624 Could you please check that there is this number order? Thankyou!A

Sorry but our order number is 8 digits without date. It cannot be 10239689-20160624.
And did you make an order thru egsimcard.co.kr?
If so, did you complete the payment?
If you didn't make a payment even if you made an order, your order is not completed yet.
In that case, we cannot find your information.
