HI, i had an EG simcard before, and i lost my phone. the number is 010-2880 8955.. 
Then, i bought new one yesterday. and when i insert into the new phone, its said "authentication has failed.contact the customer centre (6)". The number is 010-29453370.. I also try to register it online but it says, "it was suspended and please get new EG simcard" how should i do now? should i get new simcard again? if so, can i get refund from my previous simcard?  Looking forward your reply, urgent.  thank you. Muaz  A
