Hi, I wanna asked about the simcard. I bought online the saving plan. It stated that it cost 20,000won & free 15,000won. Does it mean my voice balance become 35,000won or the simcard cost 20,000won & voice balance only 15,000won? 

  

Also since I purchased it in advance prior my arrival in Korea, I can use my simcard automatically once I collect at the airport ya? About the data plan, will the person where I collect simcard can help me to buy the data plan?

Hi, 

If you buy it via online with Saving plan, you will pay 20,000krw and you can use 15,000rkw for voice calling without data.
You don't need to activate it becaue it will be handed to you after activation. 
After putting your simcard into your phone, restart your phone 3-4 times with wifi off, data roaming off, data network on.
If you want to use data, you need to top it up by contacting us at 1899-6120 or through our app "eg simcard" after picking it up.
You can apply for 500MB without additional recharge, then 11,000krw will be deducted from 20,000krw and you can make phone calls with 4,000krw.
If you want data more than 500MB, you need to recharge your voice balance additionally.
