Q

I dont see my account information under any of the "My account" subsections:  

1.  Check Balance & Usage - There is no previous order history, There is no usage list  

2.  Recharge history - My phone number is not available in the dropdown list  

   

I have to go the "Check phone number" every time and manually enter my phone number to see the usage details. Is that how its supposed to be?

I tried restarting 4 times. I still dont see any account details under "Check balance and usage" and "Recharge History"
