Incorrect Data Charges

I purchased the Basic plan, which comes with 1GB of data. However, today I received a message that said I had a balance of less than 5000\ in my account. This did not seem right to me, because I did not make any calls. I checked my account balance and it only showed an amount for the voice call, with 0 for data.

Because of this, I am forced to pay for more data charges, otherwise I will be without access for the rest of my trip.

 

Is it possible to get a refund, as my order was not fulfilled correctly?

Sorry for your inconvenience.
I checked that your case and found out that there was some error.
There should have been 1GB and 10,000krw for voice calling but there was 20,000krw without data.
So the money you used for data was deducted from your voice balance expensively.
You used 17,530krw for data and it is 285MB.
If you used 285MB after applying for 1GB, it would be 4,591krw.
So 12,940krw(17,530krw-4,591krw=12,940krw) was refunded.
And as i told you above, there should have been 10,000 for voice calling. 
So we got you 10,000krw back also.
As a result, 22,940krw9(12,940krw+10,000krw=22,940krw) was recharged to your account for a refund.
And i top  up 1GB for you, so your current voice balance is 18,161krw.
