Refund for Unused Sim card

Hi,  

   

During June 2015 I had made a booking for EG Sim card but did not collect it as I had cancelled my trip to Korea due to the MERS situation. I have emailed you regarding another issue and got to know that I may get a refund if the card was unused. May I seek a refund for the unused card in June 2015?
