Refund What is the refund condition for EG SIM CARD?
Refund is available from the place you bought/picked it up within 2 weeks from the date you bought/picked it up with the receipt when you return your simcard to the store.

You cannot get a refund if you damaged your SIM card on purpose or once Voice or Data is used.
Because the refund condition might vary by convenience stores,
you must visit the store you made your purchase for refund.

Rate Plan Do I have to pay delivery fee for each item I ordered if I ask to deliver them to the same address?

It is possible to buy simcards more than one on our website. But in that case, you need to make an order several times. For example, if you want to buy 3 simcards, you need to place an order three times. Because you need to upload the copy of passport for each person. 

If you want to receive 3 simcards by local delivery service, just make the first order for a local delivery service and pay shipping fee. And make two orders for Picking up at a pick up place and let us know the three order numbers. We will send three simcards to the same address. Then you can receive them at the same place without additional shipping fee for two orders.  
 

Refund When I demand a refund, do I have to pay refund fee?
You do not have to pay refund fee.
However, if you have used Voice or Data, it cannot be refunded.

Phone What Should I do if I can not access free Olleh Wi-Fi?
Olleh wifi is available when you apply for a data plan with 500MB or more and you need to register your wifi mac address on our system by contacting us.

And whenever you top up new data, you need to re-register the wifi mac address again even if it was registered.

SIM How much is EG SIM CARD?
Dual (Regular & Micro) : 5,500 KRM
Nano: 9,900 KRM


And the price of products are different from the stores. 
SIM If I had lost my EG SIM CARD, can I still use my balance and phone number?
If you want to keep using your phone number and balance in it, you need to buy a Gong usim at Olleh plaza and let us know the number of Gong usim. Gong usim is a simcard which is not tied with any phone number yet.
If you buy a gong usim, we will change the information of simcard.

Or you can buy a Gong usim at our head office in INSA-DONG, then you can change the simcard information on the spot.



SIM How long can I use EG SIM CARD?
EG SIM CARD is set to use for 30 days. 
But if you buy it at GS25 or our head office in Insa-dong, you can extend the validity period by additional recharging.
Whenever you recharge it, 30 days will be extended per every 10,000krw.

Refund How long does it take to complete refund process?
* If bought online
If you want to get a refund, you need to return your simcard to the pick up place.
As you paid it by credit card, it will take 15-30 days to get you fully money back.
Please check your statement of credit card next month and if there's a problem, get back to us again.


* If bought offline
If you want to get a refund, you need to return your simcard with the receipt to the place where you bought it within two weeks from the date you bought.
Even if GS25s or other stores sell EG simcards, they have their own sales policy and we cannot interrupt it.
So every refund or replacement is available from the place ONLY you bought it.

SIM Do I have to register after buying EG SIM CARD online?
* If ordered online:
Simcard will be handed to you after activation.
Put your simcard into the phone and restart the phone 3-4 times with wifi off, data roaming off, data network on.
If it doesn't work after rebooting the phone, check your imei of your device and contact us.
You can find IMEI by pressing *#06# on the keypad of your device.
For free olleh wifi, we need to register your wifi mac address also.

* If bought offline:
You must access to m.egsimcard.co.kr to start up. And enter your phone number, last 3-digit of simcard on EG SIM CARD, arrival date, email address, and passport photo. 

Apart from uploading the copy of passport, you need to restart the phone 3-4 times with wifi off, data roaming off, data network on after putting it into your phone.
Rate Plan How is data usage charged?
If you did not choose Data Service Option when you order, you are charged 61.4 KRW/MB.
For Data Serverce Option, we offer Data Flat Rate (per month) as below:

3GB     33,000krw  (Olleh wi-fi is available, 30 day-Validity)

500MB   11,000krw (Olleh wi-fi is available, 30 day-Validity)
