Voice Recharge

You need to Register as a member first in order to recharge via website.
You can also recharge Voice balance via EG SIM card smart phone app. for both Android and iOS phones.

Payment option 1: Global credit card

  • Visa, Master, JCB, Amex and Korea credit card
  • Fill up the necessary information on screen and follow screen instructions to recharge.
  • Upon successful recharge, a SMS notification with new balance and expiry date will be sent to you.

Payment option 2: EG Top-up Card

  • 1) Buying EG Top-up Card

    • Scratch off the foil on the reverse side of your EG Top-up Card to reveal your PIN number (11 digits).
    • Enter the PIN number and fill up the necessary information on screen and follow instructions to complete recharging.
    • Upon successful recharging, you will receive a SMS notification with your new balance and expiry date.
  • 2) Buying EG Top-up Card (or ‘Cyber Money’) of convenient Store (‘CVS’)

    • Available Convenient Store: GS25
    • Purchased at a convenience store EG Top-up Card PIN number (11 digits) listed on the receipt of request.
    • Enter the PIN number and fill up the necessary information on screen and follow instructions to complete recharging.
    • Upon successful recharging, you will receive a SMS notification with your new balance and expiry date.

Payment option 3: Bank transfer

  • Dial EG Mobile Hotline at 080-700-6010.
  • After the welcome message, select a language (“1” Korean / “2” English / “3” Chinese).
  • Press “2” to recharge using virtual account issue of banks in South Korea.
  • Enter your phone number assigned by EG SIM card.
  • Press “1” if phone number that you keyed in is correct.
  • Select a bank (“1” Kookmin / “2” Nonghup / “3” post office / “4” Shinhan / “5” Woori)
  • Press “1” if phone number that you keyed in is correct.
  • Select recharge amount (“1” 10,000 KRW / “2” 30,000 KRW / “3” 50,000 KRW)
  • Press “1” if phone number that you keyed in is correct.
  • You will receive a SMS notification with name of the bank and virtual bank account number.
  • You need to deposit money for recharge within 24 hours from the date of receiving a SMS.
  • Upon successful recharging, you will receive a SMS notification with your new balance and expiry date.
